This policy is only applicable for order made via THE HANGERS' Official Website alone, not any other platforms. Please note that the return for refund will only be accepted if the following criteria is met:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from https://thehangersg7.wixsite.com/website and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

You can choose one of the following return options:
Exchange your item for a different size or a replacement for a wrong or defective item received or a full refund to your original payment mode. Any discoloration or defect please revert to us within 1 (ONE) month from delivery date or any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained.
No nonsense return policy.
- Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel. We will accept online returns via mail only. No walk-in allowed.
- Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials). Then approval for return must be obtained by sending the relevant photos to thehangersg7@gmail.com.
- Any Promotional Product cannot be Return for Full Refund, only applicable for Exchange unless it is deemed as Out of Stock/Discontinue by THE HANGERS'.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.
Important information
- To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing damaged (Torn / Stain/ Wrinkle) or Smell (Cigarette / Perfume)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear.
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has - been washed.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
- Products that are found to be non in accordance to THE HANGERS' Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet is posted to our warehouse/premise shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
- Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
- Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it
- THE HANGERS' reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.
- In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.

- Item(s) under clearance is not refundable nor exchangeable except for manufacture defect.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order. All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.

* For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15 - 20 Business Days for us to get your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
* If you paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
